Kate Cassidy has shared her reaction as fans edited late boyfriend Liam Payne into her Instagram pictures.
The One Direction star and singer died aged 31, after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina on October 16 last year.
The subsequent funeral took place on November 20, as loved ones gathered to say goodbye – including former bandmates and ex-girlfriend Cheryl, with whom he shares eight-year-old son Bear.
Since his death, girlfriend Kate Cassidy has also been sharing insight into her grieving process.
The 29-year-old influencer, who dated Payne for two years before his death, regularly shares snapshots from their relationship to her Instagram account.
She has now given her reaction to fans who have digitally edited Payne into one of her pictures.

In an Instagram Story from Friday, Kate shared an image of herself taking a selfie in a blue sweater.
Next to her, an image of Payne – wearing a matching blue hoodie – had been digitally added in.
‘you guys 🥹,’ she wrote in the accompanying caption, ‘these edits make me so sad yet so happy 🥹.’

Last month, Kate marked eight months since Payne’s tragic death. Sharing a series of snapshots from their whirlwind relationship, she reflected on the passing of time.
‘8 months ago today, I lost my best friend and someone I thought I had so much more time and life left to share with,’ she wrote.
‘Liam was the kind of person you’d start missing the moment you walked out the door. Even when leaving the house for a few hours, I’d find myself rushing home to be with him again out of excitement.
‘Now facing the reality that I live in a constant state of missing you is something I still can’t fully wrap my head around.’
She continued: ‘Knowing I can’t just come home and see you, hear your voice, or feel your hug, it’s a type of pain I can’t fully put into words.
‘I can’t seem to tell if life is flying by without you or moving so slow none of it fully makes sense. But I am trying to live my life as best I can for now and live it for you. I miss you more than words can say.
‘One day, I’ll see you again, and I’ll have so much to tell you. So much to catch up on.’
‘I love you my angel❤️444,’ she added – a number, which to her, represents love, support and guidance from spiritual realms.

Earlier this year, Kate also shared some of the last pictures Payne ever took of her – including a snap of them holding hands as they walked down the beach together.
In an Instagram post, Kate wrote: ‘These are some of the last photos Liam took of me. We were in Greece, on our last holiday together. I asked Liam to take a few photos of me because I really loved my dress.
‘As usual, with no hesitation, Liam did everything he could to get me the perfect photo. We walked around the entire resort trying to find the perfect background.’
She ended the post by saying: ‘I miss you. I love you. Always.’
