2. Notre Dame (3-1): NaVorro Bowman Jr. is stepping into “best player on the team” shoes quite well, and is averaging 28 points per game this season.

4. Crespi (4-0): Cayman Martin, who was a JV player last year, is turning into a player who coach Derek Fisher can count on. Makes simple plays, scores, rebounds and plays hard.

6. Village Christian (3-0): Village Christian gets a true test against Crespi at home this week.

7. St. Francis (3-2): The Golden Knights are figuring things out through a competitive schedule. Two losses to Bishop Montgomery, but a nice win over a talented Arcadia team last week.
