2025 Emmy Nominations: Networks By The Numbers

The 2025 primetime Emmy nominations have been revealed. 

Some of the past season’s best shows are going to be recognized on TV’s biggest night while others won’t get the chance to be celebrated.

Who’s Leading?

Apple TV+’s “Severance” is getting the most recognition with 27 total nods. Not far off is another Apple TV+ show, “The Studio.”

HBO’s “The Penguin” is the second most nominated show with 24 while another HBO series – “The White Lotus” – is also getting watched with 23. Not to be missed on the list is yet another HBO show, “The Last of Us.” Meanwhile, “Saturday Night Live’s” 50th anniversary special landed a solid 12 nominations.

HBO is represented a total of 142 times in nominations this year. This beats the network’s previous record of 140 back in 2022. Netflix still leads with total nominations which it set in 2020 with 160. On the other side, Apple TV+ is not slouching with 79 total nominations.
