An actress who appeared in a hit 90s horror flick looks much the same as she did nearly 30 years ago.

In 1996, Robin Tunney starred in The Craft, a teen supernatural horror film.

It also starred Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell, and Rachel True and followed four outcast teenage girls at a Los Angeles high school who ‘pursue witchcraft for their own gain and subsequently experience negative repercussions’.

Although the movie received mixed reviews from critics, it was a hit with audiences, earning $6.7 million in its opening weekend and $55.6 million worldwide, after it was produced with a $15 million budget.

In the years since it’s also gained a cult following, with sequel The Craft: Legacy, released in 2020.

This week the actress was spotted making a low-key trip to the supermarket to stock up on some essentials.

The former teen star, who is now 52, looked fresh face and wore minimal make-up, while her wearing her shoulder length brown hair in loose waves.

Before starring as Sarah Bailey in The Craft, Robin was cast in roles in Class of ’96, Law & Order, Dream On and Life Goes on before her breakthrough performance as a suicidal teen in Empire Records in 1995.

That film followed a group of record store employees over the course of a single day and also starred Anthony LaPaglia, Renee Zellweger and Liv Tyler.

A few years earlier, in 1992, she had also appeared in the 1992 comedy Encino Man, which starred Sean Astin, Brendan Fraser and Mariette Hartley.

In the film, two teenagers discover and thaw a frozen caveman, who has to adjust to 20th-century society while teaching them life lessons of his own.

She then went on to play Veronica Dawson in Prison Break and Teresa Lisbon on The Mentalist.

The last movie she was in was 2020’s Horse Girl, while she also appeared in several episodes of the Apple TV series Dear Edward last year.

Last month, Robin also revealed she had been cast in new indie feature By Design, which will star Juliette Lewis and Mamoudou Athie.

The actress shares two children with fiancé Nicky Marmet, son Oscar and daughter Colette, who were born in 2016 and 2020.

She was previously married to director Bob Gosse from 1995 until divorcing in 2006 and was engaged to Australian writer and director Andrew Dominik from 2009 to 2010.
