I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Adam Thomas has revealed a surprising career move following his South Africa experience.
The former Emmerdale and Waterloo Road star, 37, didn’t have an easy time of it during I’m A Celeb’s recent all-stars edition.
Despite ultimately being crowned champion, his time was marred by a bullying scandal in which he clashed with David Haye and Jimmy Bullard – both of whom have denied bullying the actor.
First making an enemy of former football ace Jimmy during their disastrous Bushtucker trial, Adam then found himself on the receiving end of David’s ire when the boxer accused him of ‘faking’ his psoriatic arthritis to get out of trials.
The bad blood boiled over during the live final, as David and Jimmy confronted Adam in an awkward shouting match.

Since then, Adam’s struggled with his jungle experience, finding a new lease of life in the celebrity hot sauce industry.
An insider told The Sun: ‘Adam reached the lowest of lows over what happened in the jungle.
‘He’s a long way away from ever wanting to put himself back into the reality TV circus again, but he’s got his confidence back and he’s looking forward to future projects.’
Said project is the hot sauce brand Oh My Glaze, which was first established in 2020 by Adam and his brothers Ryan and Scott Thomas.
What had originally began as a mooted restaurant chain was dissolved earlier this month.
However, he’s keen to move on and make a success of the relaunched Oh My Glaze Sauce Ltd.
Describing Adam as ‘excited and passionate,’ the sauce – sorry, source – continued: ‘It’s like he’s got a new lease of life since reflecting on all the drama from I’m A Celebrity and knows how he wants to spend his time moving forward.’
Taking to social media to share the news, Adam described the business as ‘Just three friends trying to take over the sauce market, one sauce at a time.
‘What started as a simple idea has turned into something way bigger than we ever imagined, and honestly, we’re only just getting started.
‘Years of hard work, late nights, setbacks, lessons, and belief in what we’re building… and now it’s finally all starting to come together.’
He finished: ‘We wanted to bring Oh My Glaze back, because most sauces are packed with ultra processed rubbish, and honestly… we just wanted something that tasted unreal, but was made with actual real ingredients.’
This isn’t the actor’s first foray into the food industry, having opened The Spinn in Manchester in 2019.
However, it shut down three years later, after racking up £300,000 worth of debts during the Covid outbreak and subsequent shift in the hospitality sector.
Earlier this month, Adam spoke of how he felt ‘exploited’ by I’m A Celebrity’s dramatic finale.
On an episode of the podcast he shares with his brothers, he said: ‘I just felt like I’d just been exploited and I think you can see it at the end of the live show.’
Twin brother and former Love Islander Scott said: ‘All those campmates were pissed off at ITV. It wasn’t your issue. It is ITV’s issue.
Adam went on to say that he felt like he’d ‘sold his soul’ and shared that not even £10,000,000 could convince him to repeat the ordeal.
‘Nothing is worth what I went through in there,’ he added.
