The 2025 BET Awards, often referred to as âCultureâs Biggest Night,â is set to air live on Monday, June 9, at 8 p.m. ET/PT from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
The annual award show celebrates Black excellence in music, film, television, and sports and will include major performances, heartfelt speeches, and surprise reunions.
This yearâs ceremony doubles as a special 25th anniversary tribute to both the awards show itself and the iconic video countdown program â106 & Park.â

Kevin Hart Returns to Host, Star-Studded Performers Announced
The 2025 BET Awards will once again be hosted by Kevin Hart, bringing his signature humor and charisma to the stage. This yearâs performer lineup features some of the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B, with Lil Wayne, Teyana Taylor, GloRilla, Playboi Carti, and Leon Thomas all slated to deliver powerhouse performances.
In addition to the high-energy musical acts, BET will pay tribute to one of its most beloved shows, â106 & Park,â with a special anniversary segment. The tribute will reunite original hosts AJ Calloway and Free (Marie Wright), alongside fellow fan favorites Julissa Bermudez, Rocsi Diaz, Keshia Chanté, and Terrence J, for a nostalgic celebration of the showâs legacy.
