It’s been almost two decades since Grace Adams-Short and Mikey Dalton found love inside the Big Brother house.
Of course, they weren’t the first couple to do so, with the likes of Chantelle Houghton and Preston and, more recently, Jordan Sangha and Henry Southan also discovering romance in the most unexpected place.
Then, in 2024, Nathan King and Rosie Williams surprised everyone by growing close, despite their polar opposite political beliefs and upbringings—the wonders of the BB house never cease!
What might surprise you, though, is what Grace and Mikey’s relationship status is 18 years on from the show.
Let’s take a trip down memory lane and catch up with everything they’ve been up to since series 7.

Grace and Mikey first crossed paths in 2006, when she was 20 and he was 23.
Their series was an iconic one, to say the least, as it also featured the late, great Nikki Grahame and Pete Bennett.
Devout fans will remember that Pete emerged victorious and scooped the cash prize, while Grace certainly had a rocky time of things inside the house.
On one occasion, Grace threw a glass of water over fellow contestant Suzie Verrico for putting her up for eviction, earning her the title of most hated housemate.
Just months after the social experiment ended, Grace and Mikey announced their engagement, proving to everyone they were in it for the long run.
Speaking at the time and after the drama from within BB’s walls had died down, Grace told local Plymouth newspaper The Herald: ‘We got engaged after four months, which may sound quick, but we got to know each other so fast on the show, so it felt right for us.
‘But we’ve taken our time ever since—I only want to do this once, so I want it to be perfect.’

Prior to finding fame, Grace, from London, was a dance teacher, while Mikey, from Liverpool, worked in software.
After gaining notoriety, Grace went on to sell her own firm for millions, having already set up performing schools across the country.
Mikey, meanwhile, owns an advertising company, but he and Grace are also property developers.
Speaking about their major lifestyle changes, Grace once admitted that her stint as a reality star did her no favours in a teaching environment.
‘I just have to act like the professional principal,’ she said, adding that her students would mock her for her BB fame.
‘It’s the worst thing when you’re trying to be respectable. It’s like having your gap year filmed and everyone watched it.’

Grace and Mikey tied the knot in Plymouth in 2009.
Speaking 17 years later on This Morning, Grace told Holly Willoughby and ex-Big Brother star Josie Gibson: ‘I didn’t have any idea that I was going to meet my life partner, my husband, absolutely not.
‘We just thought it was going to be a fun summer. I was 20 years old; it was kind of like a gap year!’
Mikey added that it was ‘lust at first sight’ between the pair.
‘I was lusting after her; I still remember the outfit you wore going in and the boots and everything. I was lovestruck when I saw her!’

Grace and Mikey have set up a sweet family of their own and are proud parents to four children.
They had their first baby, Georgina, in 2012, followed by their son Spencer, who arrived in 2015.
Then, in 2018, Grace and Mikey expanded their brood to welcome daughter Allegra Portia and, in 2022, they had fourth baby Atticus.
