“Back to the Future” star Claudia Wells — who played Jennifer Parker in the 1985 classic — made a rare public appearance to greet a young fan dressed as Marty McFly.

The actress, 59, took to social media to share the sweet fan interaction.

Wells was a special guest at the United Hollywood Methodist Church on Saturday, November 8. They hosted an “Enchantment Under the Sea” dance similar to the one McFly attended after transporting back to 1955.

“Excited to see everyone in their 50’s style best tonight at the enchantment under the sea dance where it was originally filmed,” Wells shared via Instagram on November 8, noting that the iconic scene was filmed in that same location.

Following the event, the actress shared a photo as she posed with a young “Back to the Future” fan who donned McFly’s iconic look.

“Look at adorable young Marty McFly from Saturday night!!!” she captioned the sweet photo, which she shared via Instagram on Tuesday, November 11.

Fans flooded the comments section to note how good both she and the fan looked.

“So cute! LOVE this picture of you both!!!” one fan commented. “You look spectacular, Claudia!!”

“Haven’t seen your pretty face in a while 😍😍,” another wrote.

“I remember him. Had to give him a tardy slip for showing up over an hour late to the dance,” a third fan joked.

Claudia Wells Loves Paying Tribute to ‘Back to the Future’

Wells, who walked away from acting in the 1980s after her mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, opened up about her decision not to reprise her role in the two sequels.

“Life was very, very difficult and stressful,” she told People in 2015. “I just didn’t have it in me to do anything but deal with the stress and the emotions that were going on as a result of my mom being in the process of dying. I just wasn’t in a place to be able to think about my career or the film or anything other than what I was doing with my own life.”

In the years since, Wells keeps busy running her high-end menswear re-sale shop, Armani Wells, in Los Angeles, and has become a fixture on the convention circuit, often seen greeting fans of the time travel trilogy or reuniting with other stars of the series.

“My precious sweethearts, 2 of the most brilliant actors on our planet, of any time continuum, after our fun panel today at Dragon Con! Grateful to be there!” she captioned an August 31 snapshot with costar Christopher Lloyd and James Tolkan.
