Fashion designer and TV personality Jeff Banks has split with his much younger girlfriend, Hannah Beech, following a two-year romance.

The 81-year-old, famous for founding the high street store Warehouse and hosting The Clothes Show on the BBC, reportedly ended the relationship in June, leaving Hannah, 39, to figure out a new living situation.

Hannah, a holistic beauty therapist and mother of two from Runcorn in Cheshire, has since been spotted living in a caravan.

According to reports, she has moved into temporary accommodation as she works to ‘rebuild her life’ after her time with Banks.

A source revealed to The Sun: ‘Hannah genuinely fell for Jeff, despite the fact he was old enough to be her grandfather. He had incredible energy for a man in his 80s, and she loved his old-school charm. But it went downhill, and she’s now focused on starting over.’

The couple first met in 2022 at a Home Bargains store in Liverpool, where Beech’s father resides. Banks was inspecting one of his collections the store carries, when the pair got to chatting, eventually exchanging information.

Their relationship quickly became serious, with Hannah moving into Bank’s eight-bedroom mansion in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

Banks reportedly showered Beech with lavish gifts, including an £8,000 Yves Saint Laurent jacket and a £5,000 Prada handbag.

Even so, the relationship eventually came to an end. Speaking about the split, Banks told The Mirror: ‘She [Hannah] decided to terminate the relationship herself and left of her own volition. Having left, I was not aware of any living arrangements she has made.’

The breakup has left Beech in significantly different circumstances than during their high-flying romance, as she adjusts to life in a caravan.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time one of Jeff Banks’ former partners has found themselves in a caravan following a romance with Banks.

His first wife, British pop star Sandie Shaw, is also believed to have moved into a caravan following the end of their marriage in 1978. The couple were married for 10 years and share a daughter named Gracie.

After his divorce from Shaw, Banks married model and makeup artist Sue Mann, with whom he shares two daughters and a son.

Banks built his fortune through ventures like founding the Jeff Banks menswear label and becoming a director of Vivienne Westwood’s fashion empire following her death in 2022. Westwood’s company is reported to be worth £50million, further solidifying Banks’ legacy in the industry.

Banks’ career in fashion spans decades. After founding the women’s fashion brand Warehouse in 1976, he went on to create The Clothes Show, a trailblazing BBC program that ran from 1986 to 2000.

But given the fall out of his latest relationship, it seems his personal life is a bit rockier than his professional life.
