It reportedly features roughly 3,000 square feet, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, along with original hardwood floors, a fireplace-centered living room, and a sprawling backyard. Over time, the house was updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and even a loft space reached by a spiral staircase. Tina and Mathew Knowles reportedly moved into the home when Beyoncé was just a year old.</p>

The house went under contract within a few weeks of the listing, and the family received multiple offers. Now, Mitchell isn’t sure that the new buyers know the backstory on the home.</p>
