For Kanye West’s birthday, his wife, Bianca Censori, was the gift that kept on giving.
To mark the rapper’s 49th celebrations, the 31-year-old Australian architect dug into the archives for some personal snaps as a declaration of her love for him.
Love, in fact, that she said will last ‘4ever’.
And in doing that, the model also shared her most raunchy pic to date, which showed her crawling on the floor while wearing an underwear set that barely existed.
Taking to Instagram, Bianca posted a photo of herself on all fours, her bum in the air and clad in a tiny g-string (squint and you’ll see it).
She wore a matching tasselled bra that she was practically spilling out of and looked off to the side with a sultry expression.
Then, taking to her Insta Story, Bianca showed her appreciation for her husband, whom she secretly wed in 2022.
‘Happy birthday @ye. I love you more than anything’, she wrote alongside a pic of him wearing his typical leather jacket and trousers – the kind he’s often seen in on their date nights, while she’s almost nude.
In another snap from a party, she and Kanye stuck their tongues out for a playful kiss, his arm around her while she captures everyone’s attention in a boob-flashing jumpsuit.
Finally, Bianca shared a very intimate shower snap in which she and the Gold Digger hitmaker licked opposite sides of the glass, both naked and wet.
Alongside a red heart emoji, she penned: ‘ride or die 4ever’.
Later on, seeing out Kanye’s big day, Bianca unveiled her cameo in his new music video for the song Gemini Season.
In it, she – you guessed it – wears lingerie while, erm, milking a cow.
The vid was actually directed by Bianca herself, as tagged in her Instagram caption, suggesting she had plenty of say in shots such as the one where she turns around on a stool to reveal her bare bottom and begins milking the animal.
As she does, Kanye sings in the track, which features on a deluxe version of his new album, Bully: ‘I wanna get kinky / I think she’ll let me.’
Bianca’s NSFW attire has long made headlines and sparked concern for her welfare, with fans fearing she is being ‘controlled’ by her husband.
Red flags were only raised further after the 2025 Grammys, to which Bianca arrived wearing a totally sheer dress, with social media users branding it ‘humiliating’ for her.
Afterwards, taking to X in rant mode, Kanye declared that he does, indeed, have ‘dominion’ over her.
While he ‘don’t make her do nothing she doesn’t want to’, he wrote that she ‘definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without [his] approval’.
Bianca has publicly defended the dynamic, though, telling Vanity Fair in a rare interview this February that she ‘wouldn’t be doing something [she] didn’t want to do’ and that her outfits were a ‘collaboration’ between her and the Yeezy designer.
‘Me and my husband would work on my outfits together. So it was like a collaboration; it was never “I was being told to do something”.’
Insisting that she ‘lives [her] artwork’, she added that she has long ‘had an obvious obsession with nudity’.
And while online criticism fires up every time she’s photographed, it doesn’t play on her mind, as she claimed it ‘doesn’t matter’ if her intention gets ‘lost’, so long as she can ‘express’ herself.
Reaffirming her love for Kanye, whom she met while working for his brand as an architectural designer in November 2020, she said: ‘I didn’t marry my husband because I wanted some sort of platform.
‘I married him because I love him.’
‘Is that, like, the corniest thing ever?’, she then joked.
Her comments came after past speculation that she was considering ‘walking away’ from the marriage completely due to Kanye’s outbursts and problematic and concerning behaviour, from making antisemitic remarks to calling himself a Nazi, and from his ‘manic episodes’ to his ‘self-destruction’.
‘This time last year, they were headed for divorce,’ a close friend of Bianca’s told The Sun in early 2025, explaining that Bianca reportedly confided in pals about not being able to cope.
After issuing an ultimatum, she and Kanye are believed to have attended a series of intense joint counselling sessions.
‘In an act of extreme bravery, Bianca agreed to give her husband one more chance,’ the insider added.
‘His self-destructive behaviour, his manic mind packed with creative ideas, complicated thoughts, and a unique outlook on the world have made it near impossible.
‘But she has been the driving force for Kanye to seek help after meltdowns, and she wants to stick by him despite all the moments of stress, upset, and near splits.’
