<p id=”par-1_57″>Marcellus Wiley and <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/meet-rhobh-season-13-newbie-annemarie-wiley.html/”>Annemarie Wiley </a>are headed for divorce court, and their split is anything but amicable. An alleged domestic violence incident reportedly led to the official split, and now Annemarie is levying some pretty serious allegations. It’s not the first time Wiley’s behavior has been called into question, either. This is everything we know so far.</p>

<p id=”par-2_69″>The drama all began over the holiday weekend, when Annemarie called police and requested her husband be removed from her hotel room in Florida. According to<a href=”https://www.latimes.com/sports/story/2026-07-06/marcellus-wiley-arrested-domestic-battery-wife-nfl-chargers-bills”> the Los </a><a href=”https://www.latimes.com/sports/story/2026-07-06/marcellus-wiley-arrested-domestic-battery-wife-nfl-chargers-bills” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>A</a><a href=”https://www.latimes.com/sports/story/2026-07-06/marcellus-wiley-arrested-domestic-battery-wife-nfl-chargers-bills”>ngeles Times, </a>Annemarie told police that Marcellus had threatened to kill her and had purposefully poked her. While the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum did not have visible injuries, she did report a longer history of violent outbursts by Marcellus.</p>
<p id=”par-3_55″>After investigating, police took Marcellus in and charged him with misdemeanor domestic battery. He was released the same evening on a $1,000 bond. According to Us Weekly, the conditions of his release bar him from possessing weapons or firearms and require him to find alternative housing away from Annemarie. His arraignment is in early August.</p>

<p id=”par-4_56″>Annemarie left Florida and headed home to Beverly Hills, where she filed for divorce on Monday, July 6. Her official paperwork cited irreconcilable differences as the cause for the split. Divorce paperwork isn’t the only thing the former reality TV star filed. She also filed paperwork requesting a domestic violence restraining order. The order was granted.</p>
<p id=”par-5_30″>Marcellus is barred from contacting Annemarie and must stay several hundred yards away from her, their three children, her workplace, and their family home under the stipulations of the order.</p>
<p id=”par-6_51″>Annemarie’s restraining order request focuses on way more than a one-off incident in Florida. According to court documents obtained by <a href=”https://www.tmz.com/2026/07/06/marcellus-wileys-wife-annemarie-files-for-divorce-and-restraining-order/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>TMZ</a>, Annemarie alleges Marcellus subjected her to a “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation” over the course of their relationship.</p>
<p id=”par-7_55″>She alleged that her husband raped her multiple times and physically assaulted her on numerous occasions. The request outlines a 2019 incident in which Annemarie claims Marcellus threw a bottle at her while she was nine months pregnant. She alleges he raped her multiple times in 2026, and at least one other time in 2012.</p>

<p id=”par-8_51″>Marcellus Wiley has<a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/nfl-player-marcellus-wiley-denies-rhobh-alum-annemarie-wileys-rape-accusations.html/”> denied the allegations</a>. In a statement posted to X (formerly Twitter), he insists the allegations against him are false and claimed his focus is on maintaining and protecting his relationship with his children. While he didn’t get into specifics, he claimed his estranged wife was misrepresenting the situation.</p>

<p id=”par-9_98″>This is not the first time Wiley has attempted to defend himself against accusations. He has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women. In 2023, a former classmate at Columbia accused Marcellus Wiley of raping her in his dorm room in the 1990s. Other women stepped forward with similar stories. This year, four more women stepped forward claiming they were assaulted by Wiley. One woman alleged Wiley began grooming her when she was 13, flew her to Texas on her 18th birthday, and raped her. Several lawsuits remain active. Marcellus has denied wrongdoing in those cases, too.</p>
