Brooklyn Beckham has seemingly hit back at his brother Cruz following the revelation he’d blocked his family on Instagram.

The 26-year-old chef appeared to behind a post that could be seen as a pointed retort to Cruz, 20, alongside dad Sir David Beckham, 50, mum Lady Victoria, 51, and siblings Romeo, 23, and Harper, 14.

After their alleged family feud continued to gather fuel when Cruz took to social media to make a rare statement addressing the situation, a TikTok was posted featuring Brooklyn in the aftermath on the page of his hot sauce brand, Cloud 23.

The short video clip shows Brooklyn strolling down an urban street in slow motion with Lady Gaga’s hit song Telephone playing over the top.

And in particular, the section of the track with lyrics that say ‘Sorry I cannot hear you, I’m kinda busy’ – which is also highlighted further in text.

It then cuts to a collage of clips of Brooklyn enthusiastically preparing and eating food, with a bottle of his sauce nearby – which is named for his dad’s famous jersey number at Real Madrid and LA Galaxy.

Social media users were quick to pick up on the potential underlying message, with Muneera bluntly asking: ‘Is this for your blocked parents?’

‘Saying that to his parents,’ added Sabina.

‘Busy or blocked?’ asked someone else, while several other followers urged him to call his parents.

This came after Cruz hit back at reports that the Beckhams had unfollowed Brooklyn on Instagram, abruptly cutting ties.

It was claimed that David and Victoria don’t follow Brooklyn or their daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz and they don’t feature in the list of people followed by the 30-year-old actress.

However, Cruz was quick to address the claims, taking to his Instagram to write: ‘NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son… Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I.’

Brooklyn now no longer follows any immediate family members, but does follow his grandparents, David’s mum and dad Ted and Sandra. He also follows his aunts, David’s sisters Lynne and Joanne.

From his mum’s side, Brooklyn follows his grandmother Jackie Adams, and Victoria’s sister Louise.

Meanwhile Victoria has been busy sharing family snaps from Christmas Eve with the family.

Alongside a candid snap of her former football star husband laughing as he posed with sons Romeo and Cruz, all wearing Santa hats, she also posted a picture of Harper sitting quietly at the dining table with a Christmas tree in the background.

‘Manifesting her wishes,’ Victoria wrote, tagging her daughter as she wrote her thoughts down.

Across the pond, Brooklyn posted to his Instagram Stories as well late on Christmas Eve,

Sharing a photo of his hand – recognisable due to its tattoos – clasping that of his wife’s, he wrote ‘My everything x’.

There have been countless reports about tensions between the Beckhams and their eldest son in the months since Brooklyn and his wife were a no-show at David’s big 50th birthday bash in May.

It’s since been claimed that the feud was accidentally escalated by mum Victoria after she ‘liked’ a video her son posted, demonstrating his skills in roasting a chicken.

A source later explained to Metro: ‘Victoria liked an Instagram post on Brooklyn’s page just days before he blocked her and David.

‘There was no intention behind it other than to show she’s thinking of him before Christmas. She had no idea it would lead to this fallout.

‘She can’t understand why Brooklyn would make the decision to block her, David, and his brothers. Cruz and Romeo are just as hurt by it, and it feels like Brooklyn has truly cut them out of his life.’

Cruz’s Insta denial aside, the Peltz and Beckham clans have remained tight-lipped publicly on the saga that’s gripped the press all year.

However it’s been said Brooklyn and actress Nicola have kept silent for a reason, as they ‘just want peace’, having even requested Posh and Becks ‘back off’.

‘It would be best for everyone for them [the Beckhams] to stop contacting, commenting and briefing because it’s not accomplishing anything,’ a friend said recently.

‘They just want to be left alone. The Instagram stuff is just a media play – it feels like more manipulation, more gaslighting. It just drives Brooklyn and Nicola further away.’
