Bruce Willis’ daughter Tallulah shared an ’emotional’ post about how she was left broken by ‘bullying’ about her chin as a teenager.

The 31-year-old star posted photos of herself, comparing her smile and facial features to her Die Hard actor dad.

She is incredibly close to Bruce, 70, who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), a year after he retired from acting.

However, the post wasn’t all about the family resemblance as Tallulah, whose mum is Demi Moore, took aim at blogger Perez Hilton for ‘bullying’ her at 13.

‘My Lordy! if I am NOT this man’s child 💛💛,’ she wrote on Instagram. ‘Wow this is making me so full and emotional this early Wednesday morning.

‘The face, the smile, dare I say it the chin (hey @perez remember when you bullied a 13 year old for money?) that made me want to end it all, is now the most precious gift I could be bestowed with. I used to not be able to say the word chin out loud.

‘It was my dirty sinful malady, center stage for all the world to see. At least that’s what you guys said, over and over and over and over. What a cursed child I was for inheriting this joyful, expressive feature, alive with emotion!’

She added she was ‘angry at the adults’ who had ‘planted the seeds of self hate’ but was proud of the work she had done to ‘rip that hate out from the roots’.

Her sister Rumer sent love in the comments, with Perez also responding and asking The Whole Ten Yards actress to reply to him.

Ireland Baldwin added: ‘Perez Hilton bullied me about my chin at some point too!!!! Yayyyy chins!!!!’

It’s unclear if Tallulah and Perez spoke but she later posted another message directed towards the 47-year-old personality.

‘My hope for him is that this can invite some inward reflection on past behavior, and explore what was underneath the pull to tear people down,’ she said. ‘I wish him and his family well. All we can do is kindness 💛💛’

After adding he should feel ‘shame’ for his behaviour, she added: ‘The hurt and damage you elicited on my being stayed with me for too long, but I did not break. I healed, I rose and I conquered.’

Tallulah previously revealed struggles with her mental health, including a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder.

‘I remember reading for two hours, believing that I had stumbled onto a truth about myself that no one had told me because they were trying to protect me,’ she said in an emotional essay to Vogue.

‘I told no one. I just lived with the silent certainty of my own ugliness.’

She continued that coming to terms with her diagnosis was a ‘largely therapeutic experience’.

Tallulah said: ‘For the first time, I grieved the 15-year-old misfit me, the ugly duckling.’
