Celebrity Traitors fans are convinced that Jonathan Ross has already given away the fact he is a traitor.
Last night, the wait for one of the most highly anticipated reality TV series in years was finally over as Claudia Winkleman hosted the celebrity spin-off series of the iconic BBC game show.
The new series, which returns to our screens tonight, has already seen viewers call it ‘one of the best TV launches of the year’.
As Claudia took laps around the roundtable, she eventually selected broadcaster Jonathan, comedian Alan Carr and singer Cat Burns as the traitors.
However, after each of the traitors were given the task to murder someone in plain sight, fans are already terrified that Jonathan has given away his secret.
During a conversation with former rugby player Joe Marler, Jonathan can be seen forgetting that he has a shield, which pricks the attention of the sportsman.
Taking to social media, fans are now convinced that Marler will raise the issue at tonight’s roundtable.

Writing on X, @feelingtrubbish said: ‘Can we talk about how Jonathan Ross just gave the game away by FORGETTING he has a shield #CelebrityTraitors.’
@RyanJL added: ‘Joe Marler 100% clocked this from Jonathan Ross and will bring up how suspicious it is that a ‘faithful’ would forget that they had shield, right? #CelebrityTraitors.’
@gleno86 also said: ‘Jonathan Ross and Alan Carr will be the worst traitors ever, competing for the crown of Linda Mk 2 🤣😂’
Most other viewers highlighted Alan as potentially being the one to let it slip that he is a traitor, as @williamchapple1 said: ‘Alan is going to be the worst traitor of all time and its going to be god tier TV.’
@AndreaC18026289 added: Alan Carr is tv gold! I just pray he doesn’t cock up too soon because we need him to stay!’
The new spin-off takes the familiar formula of The Traitors – part murder mystery, part psychological mind game – and swaps in a star-studded cast, all competing for a £100,000 charity prize.
Filmed earlier this year at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands, the celebrity edition features 19 famous faces, including Stephen Fry, Alan Carr, Paloma Faith, Charlotte Church, Tom Daley, Kate Garraway, Jonathan Ross, and Clare Balding.
With nine episodes in total, there is plenty of time for viewers to be betrayed by their most beloved entertainers.
Celebrity Traitors continues tonight as we will find out if Alan managed to touch the face of a faithful and commit the first murder.
Episode one of Celebrity Traitors is now available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
