The cast for BBC’s Celebrity Traitors 2026 has been finally been confirmed, with huge names hitting the line-up.
After the incredible success of the first spin-off series, which saw Alan Carr take home the trophy and remain undetected by the Faithfuls, the celebrity version of the murder mystery style game is back for another round.
Production is already underway, with filming starting this weekend up in the Highlands.
The broadcaster has now revealed the list of names taking part, and it doesn’t disappoint.
Amongst them are comedians James Acaster, Joe Lycett, Joanne McNally,Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan.
Also getting involved are Hollywood stars Michael Sheen and Richard E. Grant, as well as British acting icons, Miranda Hart, Julie Hesmondhalgh and Sharon Rooney.
Amol Rajan, Bella Ramsey, James Blunt, Jerry Hall, King Kenny, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Maya Jama, Myha’la, Hannah Fry, Ross Kemp and Sebastian Croft will also all be entering the Scottish Castle.
Confirming the cast, BBC said: ‘Host Claudia Winkleman will welcome an exciting and eclectic mix of people and personalities.
‘Ranging from BAFTA and BRIT award winners, through to social media stars plus some of the UK’s most cherished actors, comedians, presenters and beyond.
‘As celebrities will question who can they trust, who deserves to be banished and who is secretly plotting murder under the cover of darkness?’
All the famous faces will be competing for a chance to secure up to £100,000 for a charity of their choice.
Last year, Alan Carr chose Neuroblastoma UK and ended up winning £87,500 for the organisation which is dedicated to finding a cure for the aggressive childhood cancer.
This is a breaking story, more to follow.
