The actor posted several pictures on Instagram, including one that shows his calf covered in blood. Despite his injury, he appeared in good spirits and flexed his arms in the picture.Â

ââââHemsworth appeared to be on a surfing trip when the injury happened. He was joined by his brothers, Liam Hemsworth and Luke Hemsworth, who can be seen in a video. As well as his teenage daughter, India, whom he shares with his wife, Elsa Pataky. In the Instagram post, the actor also posted loved-up photos of himself and Pataky.
In the caption, Hemsworth chose not to reveal more about the injury or what the family had been up to, instead letting the photos speak for themself. But he did share their destination, writing, âFiji @tavaruaislandresort.âÂ
Fans showed their support for Hemsworth in the comment section of the post. âDoes Odin knows about you bleeding in the process of having fun?â a fan joked, referencing Hemsworthâs iconic role as Thor in the Marvel Universe films. âWhy is no one talking about his injury,â another fan questioned.
