When you have young kids, it’s almost guaranteed that they’ll catch different illnesses at daycare, school, or anywhere many kids can be found at once. But having multiple children who get sick at once can be pretty exhausting as a parent. Luckily for Chris Pratt and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, not even a household dedicated to caring for three sick kids under five can dampen their spirits.
Chris Pratt Just Gave a Hilarious Parenting Update on His ‘Cute’ Kids
âKids are like little petri dishes. Theyâre constantly sick, but theyâre doing great,â he told E! News at this year’s CinemaCon. âTheyâre actually just developing their immune systems. Theyâve always got a little runny nose, but damn it, theyâre cute. I love âem. Theyâre keeping me up all nightâand thereâs nothing better.â
He adores his children; lack of sleep and snot won’t change that. Last year, he told E! News that his kids are “cute and they’re wonderful. They’re sweet, polite, kind, joyous little angels, and I love them.”
Pratt was at CinemCon to promote his new film, Mercy, which he says has already received a thumbs-up from his family. “I showed the film to my son and to my wife, and both of them had their knee bouncing up and down and didn’t talk the whole time; it was really cool,” he told Access Hollywood.
Schwarzenegger Posted About ‘All the Kids With Viruses’ a Month Ago
It all began around March 19, when Schwarzenegger took to her Instagram Stories to question the year so far. “I’d like to know what’s going on with 2025,” she said. “We have all the kids with viruses in the house.” But that wasn’t all. “And my daughter Eloise just broke her wrist. So we’re thriving over here,” she added playfully.
Schwarzenegger and Pratt share three kids -4-year-old Lyla Marie, 2-year-old Eloise Christina, and 4-month-old Ford Fitzgerald. Pratt is also the father to Jack, his son with ex-wife Anna Faris. While having a sick infant can be a nightmare, Schwarzenegger claimed in a different Instagram Story that wasn’t the case. “Luckily, I have the calmest 3-month-old ever, so that’s a huge win,” she said.
Despite a house full of sick kids, the Pratts didn’t skip out on celebrating St. Paddy’s Day. Schwarzenegger posted photos on March 17th, showing how they remembered the day. One photo featured Ford in a green and white four-leaf clover onesie. At the same time, a video was also taken showing leprechaun-like tiny footprints leading to a corner that contains lucky charms, decorated potatoes, and an assortment of other surprises.
