HGTV favorite Christina Haack has big things on the horizon after her hit show “Christina on the Coast” was canceled, as she teased her newest project.

Christina Haack Shares Exciting News

Haack, 42, took to social media on Tuesday, December 2, to share news of her upcoming project.

“Something big is coming,” she and business partner Kylie Wing shared over a video posted on their joint Instagram page. “Stay tuned. It’s going to be a good one.”

The duo captioned the clip, “We’ve been working on something special, and it’s almost time to let you in on it.”

While little is known about the new project, fans are holding their breath for a new show.

“I’m praying it’s a showwwwww I need Christina back on my screen!” one fan commented.

“Please be a new show!” another wrote.

A fourth noted, “Hope it’s a design app! Or a show!”

“I’ve been a good girl Santa…please let it be a new show for Christina,” a third chimed in.

Haack and Wing first launched Christina and Kylie in October 2024, sharing, “Christina and Kylie have been transforming homes for years, but this new venture marks the start of something truly special.”

According to the company website, “Recognizing their collaborative potential, Kylie and Christina joined forces to create Christina & Kylie, a design firm dedicated to serving luxury homeowners in Orange County.”

HGTV Canceled Christina Haack’s Hit Show

Fans were shocked when HGTV announced in July that “Christina on the Coast” would not be returning after five seasons.

“Summer so far. Basically just eating and laughing,” Haack wrote in an Instagram caption days later as she broke her silence following the news. “Canceled looks good on me…. Only kidding only kidding.”

Haack got her start on the home renovation network with the premiere of her home flipping show, “Flip or Flop,” with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa in 2013. Despite pulling their plug on their marriage in 2016, the pair continued to film their hit series for 10 seasons, until 2022.

In addition to “Christina on the Coast”—which premiered in 2019—Haack starred in a second spinoff series, “Christina in the Country,” with ex-husband Josh Hall in 2022.

Despite the cancellation, fans of the designer can still tune in to catch Haack, El Moussa, and his second wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, on their competition series, “The Flip Off.” Season 2 is scheduled to premiere in 2026.
