Cruz Beckham’s girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, has defended herself after being trolled on social media about her age.
Victoria Beckham debuted her latest fashion collection at Paris Fashion Week at the weekend, and was supported by her family at the event.
Victoria was joined by Cruz, 20, Jackie, 29, along with Romeo, 23, Harper, 14, and her husband, David Beckham, 50.
Victoria proudly shared an image of her family and Anna Wintour at the event, captioning the image: ‘I love you all so much… I couldn’t do it without you! xx #VBSS26.’
While most comments were postive, one troll commented: ‘Why is a 29 year old dating a 20 that’s just weird. I’m taking about Jackie dating Cruz.’
Jackie clapped back immediately, defending herself: ‘Because he’s kind, funny, smart, caring, driven, mature, talented, loyal, and also quite handsome.’
Jackie also shared images from her time in Paris, including images of her kissing her 20-year-old boyfriend.
In a carousel post of images, Jackie said: ‘What an incredible show and in my favorite dress yet.
‘@victoriabeckham 🧡 honoured to witness all of this come to life.’
Dating rumours picked up in June when they were spotted at Glastonbury Festival and shortly after that, what appeared to be a date night. The couple then went Instagram official in October 2024, four months after meeting at Glastonbury.
Since then she has been embraced by the whole Beckham clan, appearing at David’s 50th birthday, and going on yacht holidays with the group.
Last year she again sat with the whole family in the front row at Victoria’s presentation at Paris Fashion Week, once again wearing a dress designed by Posh Spice herself.
This relationship comes after he was accused of cheating on Viktoria in a TikTok video she posted in 2024 that was re-shared by another romantic interest, Issey Moloney.
Cruz did not respond to the rumours.
He also split from his long-term girlfriend, Tana Holding in 2023. A source told MailOnline at the time: ‘Cruz and Tana quietly split over the summer. They’re very private. It was a teenage romance, but sadly it just didn’t work out.’
