<p id=”par-3_71″>Isaac’s cancer battle stretched on for months, with the family revealing in December 2025 that he had been diagnosed with stage 3 mouth cancer. The Colemans feared a cancer diagnosis at some point for the teen, who was born with Fanconi anemia. Fanconi anemia is a rare genetic condition that impacts the body’s ability to repair its DNA and carries an increased risk of blood disorders and certain forms of cancer.</p>
<p id=”par-4_66″>The teen underwent surgery in January but was left with limited treatment options due to his genetic condition. The cancer spread quickly, and in April, the family revealed Isaac had switched to hospice care. Isaac’s battle with the aggressive cancer was not his first serious medical complication. In 2021, he required a kidney transplant, and years earlier, he had undergone chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant.</p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-who-is-danny-go”>Who Is Danny Go?</h2>
<p id=”par-5_58″>Launched in 2019, Danny Go! is a live-action children’s show on <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/youtube-has-officially-demonetized-shane-dawson.html/”>YouTube </a>that encourages active, off-the-couch engagement for young children. The series features upbeat music and educational content covering math, vocabulary, and science. The channel has amassed over 4.3 million subscribers and continues to grow monthly. Daniel Coleman and his wife, Mindy Coleman, both star on the show.</p>
<p id=”par-6_56″>The Colemans had plans to take the show on the road in 2026, but canceled all tour dates to accommodate Isaac’s treatment needs. It appears the duo will be taking some time to reflect and grieve their loss before deciding how to move forward. Daniel and his wife, Mindy, are also parents to their son, Levi.</p>
