Diane Keaton

A newly surfaced video of Diane Keaton has warmed the hearts of fans around the world.

Shared by one of the late actress’s close friends, author Marjorie Morrison, the short clip captures Keaton smiling, laughing, and dancing with a group of people—her trademark joy and charisma radiating through every frame.

In the video, Keaton can be seen giving the thumbs-up, as she grinned and said, “Good for us, good for us.”

It’s unclear when the video was filmed, but the moment reflects exactly what those who knew her best have described in the wake of her passing: a woman full of humor, warmth, and an unmatched zest for life.

“She was truly one of a kind – full of life, humor, and the most effortless authenticity,”  Morrison wrote in the heartwarming video.

She continued, “This video of us dancing will always make me smile. Here’s to the woman who lived boldly, laughed loudly, and never apologized for who she was!”

The video quickly circulated online, with fans calling it a “perfect snapshot” of the star’s personality—quirky, kind, and unapologetically herself.

Tributes Continue to Pour In

Since news of Keaton’s death broke, tributes have flooded social media from friends, fans, and Hollywood peers.

Bette Midler recently recalled her time working alongside Keaton and Goldie Hawn on “The First Wives Club,” describing the experience as “the most fun I ever had.”

She shared, “Those two girls, between them, I was on the floor every single day—crying with laughter.”

Mentalist Lior Suchard shared a sweet video of Keaton attending one of his shows with Barbra Streisand and Hawn.

Suchard wrote, “Diane couldn’t stop laughing the whole evening. After the show she stayed to talk about life, humor and the beauty of thoughts.”

Beloved actor Keanu Reeves also shared his praise for the late actress. “I had the wonderful opportunity to work with her and she was a very special artist and person. Very unique and just what a wonderful artist,” he said.

Keaton’s Legacy

Keaton, who died on Oct. 11 at age 79, was celebrated not just for her Oscar-winning performances in classics such as “Annie Hall,” “Something’s Gotta Give,” and “The Godfather,” but also for her warmth, humor, and authenticity off-screen.

It was confirmed by her family, with early reports and her death certificate citing bacterial pneumonia as the cause.

Her family requested privacy and expressed gratitude for the outpouring of public support.

Keaton was the mom to two children, a daughter, Dexter, and a son, Duke.
