Curtis reflected on personal growth and finding joy after pain. âI just took one step, made one decision, and the next followed â now I look back and realize, oh! That course, that life change, that pain, resulted in this magic.â
He added: âThe same life that brings struggle also brings opportunity. The possibility of something better â more aligned, more free, more meaningful â is always here.â
Curtis ended the note by encouraging his readers to join his coaching program, though he stopped short of confirming who he vacationed with.
Romance Rumors Swirl After Mallorca Sighting
Curtis and Aniston, 56, were first linked last week after being seen enjoying a relaxing yacht outing together in Spain, alongside some of Anistonâs closest friends.
According to Page Six, the two were photographed embracing during the getaway, with Curtis even massaging Anistonâs shoulders and reportedly kissing her. The sighting follows another cozy moment:
