Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is reportedly facing a fresh $10million (£7.85million) lawsuit after being accused of dangling a woman from a 17th-floor balcony.

The disgraced rapper, 55, was arrested in September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs has pleaded not guilty and is currently behind bars at a facility in Brooklyn after he was denied bail three times as lawsuits continue to be filed against him.

A new complaint filed on November 27 in Los Angeles Superior Court by fashion designer Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan accuses Combs of dangling her from a balcony in a rage.

Bongolan alleges the rapper threatened to kill her during the incident until his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura intervened.

”The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety,’ Bongolan’s lawsuit states (per Mail Online).

‘It should be no surprise that is exactly what happened to Ms Bongolan.’

She has asked for compensations ‘believed to be in excess of $10million,’ according to Deadline.

The incident is said to have taken place on September 16, 2016, during one of Combs’ infamous ‘freak off’ parties.

The lawsuit claims Bongolan and her then-girlfriend were awoken in Ventura’s apartment by Combs ‘violently’ banging on the door.

It is claimed he grabbed Bongolan and groped her breast as she fought him and told him to leave the room.

Bongolan then alleges Combs grabbed her by the armpits and dangled her from the apartment balcony until Venture intervened,

‘He immediately lifted her up higher and higher over the 17th floor balcony of Ms Ventura’s apartment with only Combs’ grip keeping her from falling to her death,’ the lawsuit read.

‘Recognizing the threat of so many witnesses to his assault, [Combs] pulled Ms Bongolan back over the balcony.

‘But he did not release her. In a last fit of violence, he slammed Ms Bongolan onto the balcony’s patio furniture, including a table.’

In a statement to Rolling Stone and Deadline, Combs’ lawyers say the rapper ‘firmly denied’ Bongolan’s claims.

On October 1, it was revealed that over 100 people were suing Combs with allegations from victims as young as 9.

In a statement, the musician’s lawyers said that the influx of filings was a ‘clear attempt to garner publicity’ and have maintained Combs’ innocence.

‘Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process.

‘In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman.’
