“Dancing with the Stars” Week 4 provided viewers with everything they needed: entertainment, beautiful costumes, skilled dancing, and stunning choreography. Disney Night was a success, but some fans were left disappointed with the way that the judges scored the celebrity contestants on the night.

 Alix Earle’s Stunning Performance

The overall winner of the night was “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Whitney Leavitt and professional partner Mark Ballas. The pair scored highest on the night, with the judges awarding them the first 9 in the competition. Their score was 25 out of 30. Impressive is an understatement! The pair performed a Foxtrot to “The Room Where It Happens” from “Hamilton.”

Judge Derek Hough was so impressed, he stated, “Get these two on Broadway, stat!”

There was an abundance of showmanship, breathtaking choreography, and, overall, a stunning performance. However, many fans were also disappointed that Alix Earle and her professional dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy did not score higher on the night. They delivered a stunning a Viennese Waltz to “Once Upon a Dream” from “Maleficent.”

Earle even transformed into Maleficent, and she looked incredible! The judges, Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli, scored them 24 out of 30. The score was high, but fans felt it was not high enough.

After the performance, photos were shared on the official “Dancing with the Stars” Instagram account. Fans reacted to the performance with messages about how Earle deserved at least a 9, and they felt she had been “robbed.”

Alix Earle’s Fans Show Their Support

The comment section has been flooded with supportive messages. “That deserved at least one 9,” a fan shared. “This needed at LEAST one 9!!!” another fan echoed.

Other reactions include, “BEST DANCE SO FAR,” “This was insane. Best so far this season!!!!! really was hoping to bring out a 10 for this one because it was ICONIC,” and “if this was later in the season it would’ve been all 10s.”

Did the judges get it right on the night? The consensus from fans is that the scores should have been higher. Still, Earle will be around another week to compete for the Mirrorball Trophy, and this has made her incredibly happy.

After the show, the influencer thanked fans in a post on her Instagram Stories. “Thank you guys so much for the votes and support,” she wrote. “I’m so emotional and this is serioulsy a dream come true. Thank you for allowing me to keep living it another week.
