Next week, it will be all over for “Dancing with the Stars” Season 34 as we head into the finals. One celebrity and their professional dance partner will be crowned the winner of the Mirrorball Trophy, and many are hoping it will be Robert Irwin and Witney Carson.

There are several fan favorites, and the level of talent this season has been phenomenal. However, Irwin impressed fans with his jive, which was one of the show’s highlights on Tuesday, November 18.

Robert Irwin Is the Jive King

It was Prince Night, meaning that the remaining celebrity competitors performed two routines each to songs by the late musician. Irwin and his pro partner, Carson, performed a Viennese Waltz to “WOW” and a Jive to “Baby I’m a Star.” They scored 59 out of 60 on both dances.

Their Waltz was incredible and scored them 29 out of 30 from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli, but it was the Jive that earned them a perfect score. It is arguably one of the best dances of the season!

After Irwin’s performance, photos were shared from his dance on the official “Dancing with the Stars” Instagram account. The caption reads, “Baby, he’s a STAR!  Robert and Witney delivered a high-energy Jive for #PrinceNight #DWTS.” This fun and energetic routine showcased Irwin’s incredible dance skills and Carson’s stunning choreography, and it suited the wildlife conservationist so well.

“Dare I say my favorite dance of the season?” a third fan wrote. “Robert, KING. That was your best dance of the season,” another person shared.

When Irwin expressed his gratitude and excitement for making it into the finals, he used a video of the Jive routine. In the caption of the post on Instagram, he wrote, “I had the most fun EVER tonight! I cannot believe we made it into the finale. I want to say thank you to ALL of you for your support – and to my teacher and best bud in this whole experience @witneycarson,” he wrote. “She’s always got my back and she creates something new and exciting every week! We’ll see you in the FINALE!”
