So, Elon Musk and Grimes have three kids… (Picture: AFP)
A new biography of Elon Musk has confirmed that the Tesla CEO actually has three children with his ex-partner, musician Grimes.
It’s not known how old the child is, and Musk has not shared anything about their birth publicly.
However, in true Musk and Grimes style, the little one has… an unusual name.
Named Techno Mechanicus, they go by the nickname Tau.
The scoop emerged in a New York Times review of the upcoming biography on the billionaire businessman.
Written by journalist Walter Isaacson – who was given unprecedented access to the Twitter owner over the last two years – the biography is set for release next week.

While Musk is now a dad to 10 children with three different women, Tau is his third with Grimes.
They also share son X AE A-XII Musk (born in 2020) and daughter Exa Dark Sideræl Musk (born in March 2023).
Musk and Grimes – real name Claire Boucher – first announced their relationship in May 2018.
They have since split up, but the singer has previously said their relationship is ‘fluid.’
As for the rest of his offspring, Musk has six children with his first wife Justine Wilson, whom he married in 2000.

They had first son, Nevada Alexander Musk in 2002, however, he sadly died from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome at 10 weeks.
The pair went on to have twins Griffin and Vivien in 2004, then welcoming triplets, Kai, Saxon, and Damian, two years later before splitting in 2008.
In July 2022, it surfaced that Musk had become a father in October the previous year when Shivon Zilis, an executive at Neuralink, welcomed twins.
