Look Mum No Computer, the UK’s Eurovision Song Contest entry, has been hailed by fans for selling his ‘no points’ t-shirt.

The singer, whose real name is Sam Battle, finished 25th out of 25 countries on Saturday night’s controversial Grand Final in Vienna, Austria.

After receiving just one point from the jury, Sam received zero from the audience vote.

However, taking to Instagram, the electro-punk performer shared a link to a pink t-shirt that said: ‘Look Mum No Points.’

Commenting underneath his post, several fans praised his upbeat approach to the results.

Writing on Instagram, Alena said: ‘So much love to you.🥺🙏🏼 I didn‘t like the 0 points at all. You did amazing.’

Kuill also wrote: ‘Absolute legend, a creative genius and a genuinely wonderful human. Pleasure working with you and very proud to be a part of it.

‘Achieved more these past 2 weeks then many people could ever hope to come close o!’

Luke, meanwhile, commented: ‘It’s not just perfect for UK Eurovision fans, but also for German Eurovision fans – a T-shirt we can wear every year.’

Emma then added: ‘Your amazing pal well done.’

Ever wondered what it’s like to attend Eurovision?

Our Metro reporter on the ground there Pierra Willix shared her thoughts…

This comes after Sam previously promised that if he scored only zero points he would make a t-shirt that said: ‘Look Mum Zero Points’.

Taking to Instagram following the final, he told his followers: ‘Issue is I have ordered them but now I have one point. I need to fix it cus they’re going out tomoz.’

In another clip, he also said to the camera: ‘Yeah we did it, one point,’ before they change to chanting ‘UK’.

In the caption, he then added: ‘Bulgaria honestly deserved winner! Met a lot of amazing folk, the most important thing is we all tried our hardest. Regardless of what is against us.

‘Whatever it may be. Gotta keep trying your hardest regardless of the foooookennnn outcome!!!’

Unfortunately, Sam joins a number of other UK acts who have finished in the bottom portion of the leaderboard, barring Sam Ryder in 2022 who came in second place.

Saturday night’s contest saw Bulgaria’s Darina Nikolaeva Yotova, aka Dara, crowned victorious with a whopping 516 points thanks to her song Bangaranga.

Earlier today, it was revealed that one of the seven founding countries of Eurovision has threatened to boycott the 2027 contest over Israel’s participation, who finished second in a controversial night.

Flemish broadcaster VRT said it is unlikely they will put forward a song unless there is direct action taken over the perceived mismanagement of the competition by the European Broadcasting Union.
