His on-screen sister Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) wrote, “Congratulations Isaaaaaac!!!!!! 😍😍🙌,” and John Bradley (Samwell Tarly) joined in, writing, “Oh MATE!! Congratulations! ❤️”

From Child Star to Leading Man

Wright joined the cast of “Game of Thrones” when he was just 12, bringing Bran Stark to life from the show’s debut in 2011 until its finale in 2019. Before the final season aired, he opened up about how emotional it was to say goodbye to the character that shaped much of his childhood and career.

“It was really sad. Saying goodbye to Bran and putting that costume away for the last time was like,Woww,” Wright told E! News in 2019. “It was really weird. I’m never in my life going to be Bran Stark again, the person I’ve got to play for the last ten years of my life. It’s a pretty huge chapter of my life to say goodbye to, so it was emotional.”

Inside His Special Bond With ‘Game of Thrones’ Family

Even after the show ended, Wright said the Game of Thrones cast stayed close. “I think a lot of us will be keen to do the reunions,” he said to e! News, as reported by People. “We’ve got a little group chat, so people are always popping up ideas in there of when we should hang out. Somebody mentioned Ibiza. We’ll have to see.”

Now, years after Game of Thrones came to an end, fans are overjoyed to see Wright entering a new chapter: one surrounded by love, gratitude, and the unwavering support of a cast that still feels like family.
