Microsoft is bringing another Xbox game to the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026 according to an insider, alongside the recently announced Indiana Jones And The Great Circle.

Over the past few months, Microsoft has repeatedly said it will support the Nintendo Switch 2 but there’s been no actual games to show for it.

That all changed at Gamescom Opening Night Live, where Microsoft debuted a trailer for the Indiana Jones And The Great Circle DLC, titled The Order Of Giants. Shortly afterwards, a splash screen confirmed the title is coming to the Switch 2 next year.

This is the first Xbox-published game confirmed for Nintendo’s console, yet according to an insider, it isn’t the only one planned for release in 2026.

According to NateTheHate, who has been very accurate when it comes to Nintendo Direct announcements recently, Microsoft will bring Bethesda’s space epic Starfield to the console too.

‘Indiana Jones & The Great Circle won’t be the only Bethesda game coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026,’ they wrote in a post on X shortly after the Gamescom announcement. ‘See that planet? You can go there.

‘Aside from landing on PlayStation 5… Starfield is planned for release on Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026.’

A PlayStation 5 port of Starfield has been rumoured for months, but it still hasn’t been announced. With Microsoft’s multiplatform push though, a port feels inevitable – with some speculating it could be tied to the next expansion.

The same insider previously claimed Xbox is planning to release Switch 2 ports of Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Microsoft Flight Simulator, although neither of those have been confirmed.

Microsoft released several Xbox-published games on the original Switch, including Ori And The Blind Forest, Ori And The Will Of The Wisps, Pentiment, and Grounded.

As for the Indiana Jones DLC, The Order Of Giants is set to be released September 4, 2025 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. A synopsis reads: ‘Mysteries of the Roman empire await Indy, where forgotten catacombs twist into something far more sinister.’

Elsewhere at Gamescom Opening Night Live, Activision debuted the first gameplay footage from Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7, while the show closed with a sequel to Black Myth: Wukong.
