<p id=”par-3_42″>Minaj may have to list the San Fernando Valley mansion she’s owned since 2022 because she refused to pay $503,000 to security guard Thomas Weidenmuller. The guard was awarded that amount after he accused the hip-hop star’s husband, Kenneth Petty, of assaulting him. </p>
<p id=”par-4_75″>In 2019, Weidenmuller worked as a security guard at one of Minaj’s shows in Germany. He alleged that Petty punched him while backstage. According to Weidenmuller’s testimony, the assault resulted in him having to get five plates in his jaw, which needed to be fully reconstructed. He was awarded the money for damages, but Minaj failed to pay him anything. Now, Weidenmuller is asking the court to force the sale of the rapper’s $20 million mansion.</p>
<p id=”par-5_48″>According to <a href=”https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/nicki-minaj-mansion-sale-pay-security-guard-judgment-1235469615″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Rolling Stone</a>, due to non-payment, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Cindy Pánuco is preparing to authorize the forced sale. The judge said during a hearing on Nov. 24 that she will greenlight the sale of the property unless Minaj settles the $503,318 debt she owes Weidenmuller. </p>
<p id=”par-6_28″>Judge Pánuco set another hearing for Jan. 22 as she awaits documentation from Bank of America that shows how much of Minaj’s $13.3 million mortgage has been paid.</p>
<p id=”par-7_19″>“My tentative is to grant this,” Judge Pánuco declared. “I just want to make sure we’re getting it right.”</p>

Many other stars, including the Kardashian-Jenner siblings, Lil Wayne, and Sylvester Stallone, reside in this neighborhood. It has been the Grammy winner’s main residence since she purchased it three years ago.</p>
<p id=”par-9_51″>It boasts eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a detached guesthouse situated on one acre of land. Some of its stunning features include marble flooring and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that show off picturesque views of the hills. It also has a spacious kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a private recording studio. </p>
