Dancing On Ice 2025 star Chelsee Healey has recounted a ‘really scary’ ordeal in rehearsals before the ITV show returns tonight.
The Hollyoaks star, 36, has been paired with professional Andy Buchanan and is competing against the likes of Towie legend Ferne McCann, 34, and Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave, 62.
However, Chelsee has revealed she was left unconscious and had to be dragged off the rink after a fall during the ‘intense’ rehearsals.
The Waterloo Road actor said she fell on her coccyx and then fainted, describing the incident as ‘really scary.
She told the Daily Mail: ‘It is intense, and you use body parts that I didn’t even know I had, like I fell on me, coccyx.
‘That taught me a lesson because I fell on my coccyx, and I got up and went all dizzy, and fainted. So that was actually really scary.

‘Andy picked me up and dragged me off the ice. I was all dizzy, and then I just went. But we got through that.’
Disaster has already struck Dancing On Ice with Paralympic grand champion Dame Sarah Storey having to pull out due to an ankle injury sustained during rehearsals.
‘Whilst I can’t wear my left skating boot in time to take to the ice in January, I’m working with the team at ITV to come up with a plan for what’s next
‘And I’ll always be the biggest cheerleader of the awesome group that is the Class of 2025,’ she wrote in a message to fans in December,’ she wrote in a statement in December.

The Traitors star Mollie Pearce, 22, also revealed she was forced to postpone training on the rink with partner Colin Grafton for a month after suffering an injury.
She said, according to The Sun: ‘Before I met Colin, I actually fractured my wrist.
‘So we were off the ice for four weeks. We had some tough days with that.
‘I think we were really excited to get back on, and you know, it felt like a big setback.’

However, the pair were able to practise in some ways, with Colin explaining: ‘We used it to our advantage and practised in a dance studio. We got to know each other better.
‘It was difficult being off the ice and not training, but we’re back better than ever.’
Other celebrities competing in the contest include Towie star Dan Edgar, Barbie actor Chris Taylor and TV favourite Michaela Strachan.
Joining them are footballer Anton Ferdinand, stand-up comedian Josh Jones, EastEnders legend Charlie Brooks and Coronation Street star Sam Aston.
