<p id=”par-1_18″>Fan-favorite TLC couple Jay Thomas Manuel and Pamela Chavez-Manuel are sharing the next chapter of their love story. </p>

<p id=”par-3_95″>In the sophomore installment of their reality series, it’s one year after Jay and Pamela’s wedding, and they’re settling into their life as newlyweds. They’ve moved out of Jay’s parents’ basement and into a place of their own, which they share with their beloved dog, Cheddar. Now, they’re busy managing newfound independence, evolving family dynamics, and all the messy and meaningful moments that come with adulthood. The pair are also looking to the future as they try to decide what their family might look like and whether a baby could be part of their lives. </p>
<p id=”par-4_16″>“I’m about to turn 30,” Jay says in the trailer. “So that’s where my mind goes.”</p>
<p id=”par-5_14″>“I need to figure out what my body can and cannot handle,” Pamela replies. </p>
<p id=”par-6_57″>In season 2, Jay and Pamela will also continue to navigate life with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) Type 3, a rare brittle bone disorder. While they face unique health challenges, they meet their situation with resilience, humor, and positivity. The new episodes will also follow the couple as they head to New York for a very special event.</p>
<p id=”par-7_16″>“Jay and I were invited to model for <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/julia-fox-poodle-princess-poufed-mini-skirt-new-york-fashion-week.html/”>New York’s Fashion Week</a>,” an excited Pamela shares. </p>
<p id=”par-8_59″>Meanwhile, back at home, celebrate Jay’s 30th birthday. It’s a major milestone, especially considering that doctors told his parents that he would not live past the age of three. Along the way, they’ll reflect on what it truly means to be on their own, and open up honest conversations about the future of their relationship and growing family dreams.</p>
