In one of the exchanges he leaked on Instagram, the teen stated that he wanted to return to North Carolina. The so-called talent manager stated that the teen is on probation and is unhappy with the terms. It is unclear what Jace Evans may have done to end up in trouble with the law or how it impacts his custody situation. The newly 16-year-old is a minor and thus his records are sealed.</p>
