Draper had spent Christmas and New Year in hospital after suffering a heart attack, with Garraway and their two children by his side, following years of health woes after first contracting Covid-19 in March 2020.
Garraway, who has taken a step back from her duties and remained out of the spotlight since, has now been joined by friends and loved ones for Draper’s funeral.
The likes of Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard have been pictured making their way to St Mary the Virgin Church in London.

The author and former political advisor was hospitalised last month after suffering a ‘huge heart attack’, and has been requiring full-time care since contracting Covid in 2020.

At their wedding, the likes of Fiona Phillips and her husband and This Morning boss Martin Frizell and Kay Burley were in attendance.
Good Morning Britain stars Ben and Richard Arnold were also seen at the star-studded celebration.
After the ceremony, it’s said they walked down the aisle together as a friend played Aerosmith’s I Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing on the piano.
Also attending was Strictly Come Dancing star Brendan Cole, who was a surprise to Garraway, years before she took part in the BBC One competition.

She later told The Times: ‘Hilariously, Brendan Cole was at the wedding, years before I did Strictly Come Dancing.
‘I assumed he was someone’s boyfriend, but Derek had secretly been having dancing lessons with him.
‘Derek is like that: when he wants to learn something, he studies it until he can do it perfectly.’

Garraway wore a Caroline Castigliano wedding dress for the ceremony and London reception, which was thought to be followed by another reception in Chorley.
She shared some unseen footage of their special day in documentary Finding Derek, which saw his health battles and the family’s personal journey.
Many of the guests have now attended his funeral today, with Sir Elton John and Piers Morgan also pictured making their way to the ceremony.
After Garraway’s stint on I’m A Celebrity in 2019, she revealed Draper had been planning on proposing to her again with a sweet gesture when they were reunited.

‘When Derek came to meet me after I left the jungle, he was planning to propose to me again [with the ring, in front of the TV cameras], but he got overwhelmed and burst into tears,’ she explained to the Mail On Sunday’s You magazine.
‘The kids leapt out and surprised me, and Darcey said, “Oh Dad – you didn’t do it!” So he got down on one knee and proposed… and I said yes, obviously.’
In 2020, Garraway spoke about renewing her vows with Draper, though her plans were delayed by the pandemic.

‘We’d planned the wedding for the end of summer, but I don’t suppose we’ll be booking anything now because we don’t really know what we can do,’ she told The Sun.
‘Darcey’s taken control. She had big, big visions for the whole thing, and she was like: “Dad, this is the time to update your wardrobe, you can’t just wear polo shirts.”
‘She wants something very, very flamboyant for me as well, and also big numbers, so we’ll have to wait for that reason alone if we can’t all gather together.

‘When Boris Johnson said: “People are going to lose loved ones before their time”, it was a powerful thing to say, because you instantly didn’t think of numbers and statistics, you thought of your loved ones. I feel better for being cautious. It feels like, day by day, the world is changing.’
Garraway announced Draper’s death on January 5, writing in an Instagram post: ‘I’m sad to have to tell you all that my darling husband Derek has passed away.’
‘As some of you may know he has been critically ill following a cardiac arrest in early December which, because of the damage inflicted by Covid in March 2020, led to further complications’, she said.

The ITV star continued: ‘Derek was surrounded by his family in his final days and I was by his side holding his hand throughout the last long hours and when he passed.
‘I have so much more to say, and of course I will do so in due course, but for now I just want to thank all the medical teams who fought so hard to save him and to make his final moments as comfortable and dignified as possible.
‘Sending so much love and thanks to all of you who have so generously given our family so much support. Rest gently and peacefully now Derek, my love, I was so lucky to have you in my life.’
