Katie Price pointedly dropped a ‘one off’ picture with Princess after rumours of a rift between her and her kids.
The former glamour model, 47, has been at odds with ex-husband Peter Andre for years, which boiled over earlier this year due to Princess’ TV series.
Katie posted a festive update to her Instagram story following a relatively quiet Christmas Day.
‘Me and my princess,’ wrote Katie as she posed with her 18-year-old daughter, looking cosy in casual outfits.
She added: ‘Just a one-off picture from my Christmas Day but I’m surrounded with all my family.’
While Katie didn’t share any pictures with her son Junior, he previously confirmed that he would also be joining his mum on Christmas afternoon.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: ‘So, how I do it every year is split between my parents and this year, I will be spending Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at my dad’s with my brothers and sisters there.
‘And then I’ll be going to my mum’s for the afternoon.’
He continued: ‘And then, yeah, probably just, yeah, spend the rest of the time there. Might stay there, might come back to mine, just depends.’
Katie didn’t feature in her daughter’s series, The Princess Diaries, except in a phone call, and later claimed she hadn’t been allowed to participate.
On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, the model shared she ‘wasn’t welcome’ and it ‘upset’ her.
‘It puts Princess in a situation because I don’t want her to feel she has to choose between me and her work because I want her to do well.’
This has since reportedly prompted Peter, 52, and his wife Dr Emily MacDonagh to step back from the show.
An inside source revealed to the Daily Mail that they have decided to ‘let the show focus on Princess alone’ after the ‘drama’ behind the scenes.
The source added that Katie and Peter, while at odds with each other, both want the best for Princess, and the decision has been taken to allow the show to focus on her.
‘No one wants Princess to feel caught between her two parents, so Pete has taken a massive step back, which he hopes will resolve many of the issues.’
It’s assumed eldest son Harvey, whose dad is Dwight Yorke, was also with Katie over Christmas, although she didn’t post any pictures of him.
Katie recently shared how she reaches out ‘every year’ to footballer Dwight, inviting him to spend time with his son but he has so far declined.
Her youngest two, Jett and Bunny, presumably also saw their mum as it’s believed they are now living with her again.
The Daily Mail reported they were due to move in last month, which was said to be one of the reasons she moved house, so the kids can be closer to their dad and friends.
Katie previously shared that she doesn’t post pictures of the youngest to enable them to have some privacy in the face of fame.
