Katie Price has lashed out at Myleene Klass and taken aim at her MBE award.

The reality TV star, 47, has been known for her celebrity spats and has now taken aim at the former Hear’Say singer in a new interview.

Katie criticised Myleene’s MBE, which the musician was given earlier this year by King Charles for her work as a women’s health campaigner.

Speaking to Closer UK, she said: ‘I’m not against this for her, but why the f**k has Myleene Klass got an MBE? For playing the classical piano? This industry is so corrupt.

‘They have the same managers, they’re all clones – they all win MBEs and are fronting TV.

‘But behind the scenes, they’re worse than we are. Turds are what they are!’

Myleene, 47, was awarded an MBE earlier this year by King Charles for her campaigning work on miscarriages, after publicly suffering from four miscarriages.

She said at the time: ‘Today I received my MBE for services to Women’s Health, Miscarriage Awareness and to charity. I am utterly overjoyed and humbled.

‘Having my family there and our rainbow baby boy was extra magical in what has at times been a very dark journey for us all.’

She revealed that she spoke to the King about bereavement leave and changing the rules around medical intervention needed after miscarriages.

Appearing on the Paul C Brunson podcast, We Need To Talk earlier this year, Myleene revealed that she had no intention of becoming an advocate.

‘I mean, I didn’t plan on campaigning when I was lying in that bed after, I think the second miscarriage was worse than the first, I didn’t think that was possible,’ she said.

‘I didn’t even think it was possible that the first I thought was just awful. One of those things that people dismiss. The second one was that I thought, we have a problem.

‘And by three and four I was tail spinning. I didn’t even know who I was. I was just hell bent on trying to keep a baby but didn’t know how to.’

In the interview with Closer, Katie revealed she only had a handful of true friends, admitting she had trust issues, but one good pal she could rely on.

‘It’s a sad, lonely world. You question the friendships – why are they actually your friend? There are a lot of trust issues.’

She added: ‘After my breakdown, I got rid of anyone in my life I had a question mark against. It’s just the best thing I ever did. I moved, and I’ve got a handful of friends, like Kerry Katona.’
