Who says exes can’t go on a vacation together? Just days after announcing their split, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom were seen spending time together as a family. People reported that on July 6, the former couple joined Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez aboard their superyacht, Koru, off Italyâs scenic Amalfi Coast with their daughter Daisy Dove by their side.
The outing had a sense of ease. Perry, 40, gently held Daisyâs hand while they walked along the marina. Bloom, 48, was seen smiling as he lifted his daughter into the air on deck. The moment captures the coupleâs continued focus on co-parenting.
A Stylish Family Outing on the Amalfi Coast
As per photos published by PageSix, for the yacht outing, Perry wore a black bikini paired with matching sunglasses and a black cover-up set.
Bloom kept things casual in black swim trunks, a white t-shirt, and a baseball cap. The appearance marked Perryâs first public sighting outside of performances since the couple’s split announcement. Bloom was previously spotted at Bezos and Sánchezâs wedding in Venice in late June without Perry. However, the couple appeared comfortable and present during their joint family outing this week.
Orlando Katy’s Recent Split and Co-Parenting Announcement
On June 26, People confirmed that Perry and Bloom had ended their engagement after nine years together. In a joint statement released by US Weekly on July 3, the coupleâs representatives clarified their new focus.
The statement read: âDue to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perryâs relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting.”
âThey will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is â and always will be â raising their daughter Daisy Dove with love, stability, and mutual respect.â
Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, and Jeff Bezos Have a History of Vacationing Together
This isnât the first time Perry, Bloom, Bezos, and Sánchez have vacationed together. In 2023, shortly after Bezos and Sánchezâs engagement party, the group (along with singer Usher) was seen strolling the streets of Dubrovnik, Croatia, during another yacht getaway aboard Koru.
While Perry was absent from Bezosâ recent wedding festivities, Sánchez showed support by commenting, âWe miss you Katy â¤ï¸â on one of Perryâs Australian tour posts, shared on June 27. Meanwhile, Bloom was seen socializing at the lavish Gritti Palace in Venice with Kim and Khloé Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
