Kelley was just released from jail after being charged with two misdemeanors for allegedly doxxing her soon-to-be-ex husband. It isn’t Kelley Wolf’s first run-in with the authorities since the split. <p id=”par-3_75″>Psychiatric holds followed the same month, with Kelley being taken to a hospital by police after a series of alarming moments and an alleged suicide threat. Kelley has maintained that she is not a threat to herself or anyone else, but a judge has sided with Scott. Around the same time as the psychiatric holds, Scott Wolf petitioned for a temporary restraining order and sole physical custody of his three children. Both orders were granted.</p>

At the same time, a judge created a detailed financial and parenting plan for the duo as they navigated their split. According to <a href=”https://people.com/scott-wolf-maintains-temporary-sole-custody-kids-kelley-wolf-divorce-exclusive-11793204″>People</a>, Scott was ordered to pay Kelley $10,000 per month and cover her credit card obligations. In return, he would remain in their primary residence and maintain custody of the children. Kelley was given supervised visits with her children. The temporary restraining order was dismissed.</p>

That was until Kelley Wolf made the strange decision to dox her estranged husband. According to several sources, Kelley shared Scott’s phone number on Instagram, suggesting “dimples” should field his own press. The story led to dozens of phone calls and many texts from unknown numbers. The personal coach has almost 100,000 followers.</p>

<p id=”par-6_113″>Kelley Wolf spent a couple of days in jail and is facing criminal charges for doxing her ex-husband. Her social media usage is considered so problematic that prosecutors are requesting that she be barred from using social media platforms for the time being as a provision of her bond. According to <a href=”https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/prosecutors-demand-kelley-wolf-be-banned-from-instagram-excl-details/”>Us Weekly</a>, a judge has yet to make a decision on that. The mother of three was booked into a local jail on August 26. The sherrif’s department released her on August 28 on a $5,000 bond. She must appear in court again soon to face class B misdemeanor charges for Electronic communications harassment and unauthorized electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.</p>

A judge issued a new temporary restraining order. It’s unclear if her recent arrest has altered her visitation rights. Kelley’s Instagram feed, despite a social media gag order in place, is pretty telling and tense. </p>
<p id=”par-8_96″>In the days leading up to her arrest, the former <em>Real World</em> star shared several text screenshots and actively called out the Summit County Utah Sheriff’s Office. She made remarks about the town of Park City, Utah, for what she claims is unfair treatment, as well. The same day of her arrest, she took to social media to share that the police were at her door, but she hadn’t done anything wrong. She insists she is doing well mentally and is just a woman seeking a divorce. Kelley has not spoken out since her release. </p>
