Kesha has revealed the completely unexpected method she uses for self-pleasure.
The American singer, 39, has kept her relationships out of the public eye since rising to fame in 2009 with her break-out song Tik Tok.
However, she’s recently been spilling details of her dating life – and she’s not held back at all.
During a recent appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Kesha was asked about reclaiming her sexuality, with the singer calling the process a ‘miracle’.
Kesha also then went on to make the surprising admission that she masturbates to gratitude meditations.
When host Alex Cooper suggested Kesha was lying to her, the singer replied: ‘Don’t knock it till you try it.’
She then described being left ‘p***ed’, seemingly referring to the end of her recording contracts, and how she was now seeking out as much pleasure as possible.
‘It’s been amazing. Literally, when I got my freedom, I was like, I think, you know, I’m p***ed about a lot of stuff, but one of the things is that like pleasure,’ she shared.
‘I keep coming back to pleasure. It is okay as a woman to feel pleasure in this world.
‘When you go through things, pleasure is not like the number one neural pathway that your brain always goes to when you have survived things, and I had to reprogram that, and I do it every f***ing day and I’m not even embarrassed about it.’

‘Do you know? Should I say this? I probably should,’ she told host Alex Cooper.
‘I don’t care. I’m free. I’m now mostly celibate, you know, except for when you’re in Italy,’ she declared.
Kesha then clarified that she was referring to when she was in Italy herself.
Her admission delighted many, who said they completely understood her approach.

Although she is currently single, Kesha explained how her ‘pu***’ was also manifesting ‘her king’.
She also told Alex she had previously dated people she ‘had no business dating’, labelling one as ‘smelling kind of like a Subway sandwich that had been sitting in the back of your car for a couple of days’.
Kesha has previously identified as bisexual and in 2019 told Attitude magazine: ‘I have always been attracted to the soul behind a person’s eyes. It has never occurred to me to care about a specific gender, or how someone is identifying, to make me wonder about whether or not I’m attracted to them.’
However, three years later she clarified her sexuality and shared: ‘I’m not gay. I’m not straight. I don’t know what I am. I love people…I refuse to be anything, really, except for open to it all.’
But in an interview with Elle last year, Kesha also explained how she felt dating in Los Angeles was like ‘digging through the garbage’.
Referencing one failed courtship, she revealed how a guy dumped her the day after she didn’t take him to a party hosted by Taylor Swift, saying it confirmed that he was ‘in it for the wrong reasons’.
She went on to say that while she was open to pursuing a relationship, she’d only do so if they treated her as well as she does herself.
‘I kept hearing people say, “I’m looking for The One”. I kept waiting for somebody else to fill that space, and then I just stepped into it myself,’ she said.
‘You gotta be all those things to yourself – your own boyfriend, sugar daddy, rich husband, best friend, cheerleader. I started taking myself on vacations, buying myself six dozen roses, and taking myself for shopping sprees at Saint Laurent.
‘Yes, I take myself on f***ing really bougie dates, like really celebrating the f*** out of myself. I was like, God, I am The One, though.’
