Kim Cattrall has tied the knot with boyfriend Russell Thomas in an intimate London ceremony with just 12 guests.
The Sex and the City star, 69, and audio engineer, 55, wed at Chelsea Old Town Hall on December 4, as exclusively reported by People.
The couple first met in 2016 at the BBC when Kim was appearing on an episode of Women’s Hour.
They confirmed their relationship in 2019 and have mostly stayed out of the spotlight ever since, occasionally sharing a loved-up update on social media.
For the occasion, Kim reportedly wore a Dior suit styled by former Sex and the City costume designer Patricia Field, while Russell donned a custom Richard James suit.
The wedding was described as ‘quiet’ and ‘understated’, reflecting the privacy that has often surrounded their relationship.
In a 2018 interview with people, two years after they met, she shared the ‘modern’ way their relationship began.
‘He direct messaged me,’ she said. ‘It was very, very modern [and] it’s just been very easy.’
Shedding some more light, she told People Magazine in 2020: ‘We kind of liked each other, we kept in touch, and then he came out to Vancouver.
‘It was very brave of him because we didn’t really know each other, other than having a few meals together. But he came, and we got along great, and we’ve been together ever since!’
‘I’m very comfortable around him,’ she added, raving about the ‘ease’ of their bond. ‘He’s a firecracker, and he’s got a wicked sense of humour. And he’s easy on the eyes!
