Lily Allen’s bombshell album has pushed fans to dig a little deeper into her relationship with David Harbour, and some jokes haven’t aged well.
West End Girl shared intimate details of their marriage breakdown, focused on an affair with a mystery woman named ‘Madeline’.
David, 50, and the Not Fair hitmaker, 40, tied the knot in 2020 but split late last year after what we now know to be a rocky romance.
Lily’s revelations are so shocking, partly because the couple had been very open about their relationship (no pun intended), and had even filmed an Architectural Digest tour around their home.
Now, fans have clocked some jokes from the Stranger Things actor that have ‘aged like milk’ in the wake of their divorce.
When the film crew turned up at their Brooklyn townhouse door, David welcomed them as if they were an old lover, as Lily giggled next to him.
‘Oh god, what the hell are you doing here? Last time I was single. I have a family now, this is so embarrassing,’ the Marvel actor joked.
‘You look good, though, come on in,’ he added as he invited the crew in for the tour.
Later in the video, they show off their bedroom, which is completely windowless because David apparently liked to sleep in.
He said of the room: ‘What you do is you make the bedroom just a place for couple activities, you make it like a cocoon almost’.
Lily laughed a little and they swiftly moved on to showing off the doors before she joked it was a ‘bed-womb’.
Fans flooded the comments of the two-year-old Youtube video with criticism of how they come across after the West End Girl revelations.

‘David’s welcoming intro-joke aged like milk!’ wrote glcoola2349 – who had commented when he was first accused of cheating, months ago.
‘Harbour really made a trailer for his own cheating scandal during the first 20 seconds 😭,’ added idapeiding1253.
‘Watching this with “Fruityloop” in the background makes everything make sense. Peace to you Lily,’ said soni8995.
Geektheboy joked: ‘The fact Madeline was hiding inside a cupboard the entire video.’
In Lily’s song Madeline, she confronts the woman her husband is supposedly having an affair with.
She sings: ‘We had an arrangement/ Be discreet and don’t be blatant. There had to be payment/ It had to be with strangers/ But you’re not a stranger, Madeline.’
Across the album, she reveals there may have been a string of affairs as she walks into his apartment in the West Village.
The Not Fair vocalist has insisted that ‘Madeline’ on her new album is a character constructed of numerous people, despite what the internet believes.
In conversation with The Sunday Times, Lily was asked if Madeline is ‘a construct of others’, to which she replied: ‘Yes.’
Natalie Tippet has since claimed she is the mystery woman, having started an affair with David after meeting on We Have A Ghost in 2021.
She told The Mail on Sunday: ‘I have a family and things to protect. I have a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and I understand this is going on. It’s a little bit scary for me.’
While she was reluctant to divulge any further details, she did reveal that she was aware the song was coming out.
As for the luxury townhouse, Lily and David are selling the property for a massive $8,000,000 (£6m) after buying it for half that in 2020.
It hit the market yesterday, two days after West End Girl reached our ears, boasting five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The home has a ‘plain English’ kitchen, a gym, walk-in wardrobes, an office, and the garden also has a sauna and a cold plunge.
