It was an emotional night for Lizzo as she took to the stage at London’s O2 Arena.
The self-proclaimed bop star performed her third consecutive show in the capital on Thursday (March 16), wowing fans with her powerhouse vocals, fierce choreography and, of course, motivational speeches.
And while there were thousands of her supporters in attendance, there was one person in particular she was keen to shout out – her boyfriend.
The Juice hitmaker, 34, became incredibly tearful as she expressed her love for her other half, Myke Wright, after ‘hard launching’ their romance on social media last month.
‘This is especially special because I have the love of my life with me on tour,’ she told the crowd in a heart-warming moment
Lizzo – real name Melissa Jefferson – then started sobbing as the venue erupted into cheers.

‘I wanna dedicate this song, because he’s here, my man, Myke, this is for you, baby!’, the singer exclaimed proudly.
Lizzo went on to deliver an iconic performance of her tune Coldplay, which features on her latest album, Special.
The track also samples actual Coldplay, opening with the line: ‘Look at the stars, look how they shine for you’, from their single, Yellow.
Since confirming publicly that she’s a taken woman, Lizzo hasn’t been shy about letting the world know how smitten she is.
Making it clear that she and Myke are for keeps, she said on The Howard Stern Show in December: ‘This is official.

‘There’s nobody else I’m going to be with for the rest of my life.’
Myke has known Lizzo before she was, well, Lizzo, as the actor and comedian got to know her ahead of her debut album’s release in 2019.
He’s since been there to support her triumphs, including Lizzo’s Grammy wins and walking by her side on the Brit Awards red carpet.
Meanwhile, she’s still providing us with plenty of memorable moments on the road, having also helped a fan with a proposal on tour.
During her Glasgow Concert, the About Damn Time songstress paused the gig so a fan could propose to his boyfriend.

The star spotted a gig-goer holding a phone up with the following message on the screen: ‘Ask my brother’s boyfriend to marry him.’
Lizzo then put the microphone in front of the man and he said: ‘Will you marry me?’
Amid cheers from the crowd, he added: ‘For the love of God, just say yes.’
‘What do you say?’ Lizzo enthused.

Superfan Ryan nodded as the crowd roared and Lizzo celebrated, joking that ‘the man was too stunned to speak.’
Following her London shows, Lizzo will travel back to the States before returning to Europe in June as a Glastonbury headliner.
