The boutique hotel and eatery shared a pic of the lifestyle maven looking laid-back with little makeup, dressed in luxe loungewear, and a large, brown corduroy tote slung over her shoulder.

On August 31, Stewart posted a glowing review of her visit to Breakwater Inn, which reopened on July 1 after extensive renovations, as she headed home from a summer getaway. According to press materials from the inn,
Stewart wrote, “On our long drive home yesterday we stopped to see my friend , restauranteur and entrepreneur Sonny Natarajan and his wife Arti in Kennebunkport Sonny has just opened his newest place , a beautifully restored hotel on the water called Breakwater inn situated on the water. the inn is perfect for overnights but also for weddings and other parties.”
The Natarajans also own multiple popular eateries in the area, including Mabelâs Lobster Claw, Robertâs Maine Grill, Bobâs Clam Shack, and The Maine Catch, a favorite of Stewart’s and other celebs, according to press materials.
Stewart gave a glowing review to Breakwater Inn’s main restaurant, Port Fish & Chop House.
“We were served a delicious lunch of chowder, fried clams, oysters, fish and chips, baked clams, lobster rolls and crab cakes,” she wrote, which was a thrill for chef Mikhail Smith.
He reposted the inn’s photo of them together and wrote, “It was a pleasure to meet you.
Such an iconic figure in the culinary and business scene @marthastewart thank you for taking the time out to try my food. See you again soon @portfishandchophouse”
