Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones both have unparalleled legacies when it comes to their work on the screen. However, they also have two children together, and Douglas recently took to social media to share an image of their son, Dylan, to commemorate his birthday.Â
Douglas posted a photo of himself and his son in August 2025. The beloved actor said in the caption, “Wow, a quarter of a century! I couldnât be more proud of your talent and the man youâve become. I love you, Dylan. Happy Birthday @dylan__douglas.”
In the photo, the father and son are standing side by side. The “Basic Instinct” actor wore a pair of tan pants and a black polo-style shirt. His son wore a denim outfit for the occasion.Â
Later, the younger Douglas posted a comment under the picture. He simply said, “Thank you for making me.”

He is Building His Acting Resume
Douglas is striving to make a mark on the acting world. He lent his voice for a role in “Phineas & Ferb” in 2011. Notably, he voiced Russell for one episode. However, according to Variety, Douglas has a much bigger movie role on the horizon.Â
First reported in March, Douglas will star in a psychological thriller, âI Will Come to You.” Cathedral Collective and Tripwire Entertainment are producing the film. He will play Julian Marks in the upcoming movie.Â
He said in a statement, “I was drawn to this role because of its complexity and depth. I am looking forward to bringing this character to life and being a part of a project that pushes boundaries.” Production on the movie is slated to begin in 2025.Â
