Paloma Faith has suggested her unborn child could be ‘gaybies’ with Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing’s newborn baby.
On December 4, the couple announced the birth of their baby boy and revealed the tot’s unusual name, Ziggy.
Sophie, 31, has now shared some more intimate snaps of her labour and the first few days with her newborn son.
Commenting on her pal’s post, Paloma said: ‘He looks perfect (well his hands do) can’t wait to meet him and maybe ours can be bffs or gaybies together hahahahh.’
The comment garnered many likes from fans, but the phrase ‘gaybies’ threw a lot of commenters who weren’t quite sure what the star meant.

On October 24, Paloma announced her pregnancy with an image showing her growing belly with the caption: ‘Plot twist , mother is mothering (again).’
The 44-year-old singer, who recently appeared on The Celebrity Traitors, is expecting her third child after previously welcoming two daughters, born in 2016 and 2021, with her ex-partner Leyman Lahcine.
She has not revealed who the father of her third child is, however, earlier this year it was reported that she was dating Stevie Thomas, the director of a music venue in Birmingham after he joined her at a Brit Awards afterparty.

‘I couldn’t be more happy about another baby and I’m bracing myself for the storm….’
Jamie, 37, who revealed his wife’s pregnancy in June 2025, has been close with Paloma in recent years, and she appeared on an episode of Great Company with Jamie Laing in April 2024.
In July 2025, Jamie also appeared on Paloma’s podcast, Mad, Sad and Bad with Paloma Faith.
The description from the podcast confirmed their close relationship: ‘Jamie Laing is the first posh person I’ve ever liked – before I first met him, I was convinced we wouldn’t get on, but within about 10seconds of our first meet, I was a fan.
‘We’ve since become great friends and he’s the reason I have this podcast in the first place, so it felt right to have him over.’
After Sophie gave birth, Jamie paid tribute to his wife on social media, calling her a ‘rockstar’.
‘A wild, incredible experience,’ he said on social media. ‘Exhausted, full of love, and in awe of my Wife. Already knew she was 10/10, but didn’t realise that level could go even higher and it continues to grow.
