The police were reportedly called to Kris Jenner’s raucous 70th birthday party, hosted at CEO Jeff Bezos’s Beverly Hills estate.
Kris, 70, celebrated in style over the weekend with a major birthday bash at the Amazon CEO’s $165 million (£124m) mansion.
The event was James Bond themed and was attended by seemingly every Hollywood A-lister, but things got a little too loud for locals, resulting in the cops getting a call.
It was suggested that the noise reached higher decibels after Bruno Mars performed at the event and partygoers ‘went absolutely nuts’.
TMZ reported that ‘residents reported loud music and disturbances’ resulting in police arriving and issuing a warning to the security at the event about the noise ‘echoing in the hills’.
The police left but reportedly returned later in the evening with a different issue.
TMZ said that ‘officers returned later when they learnt large fake hedges were blocking the street outside the property’.
The dividers then had to be removed because they did not have a permit.
The event was attended by all of the Kardashian clan plus A-listers including Oprah, Mariah Carey, Adele, Paris Hilton, Vin Diesel, Mark Zuckerberg, and Snoop Dogg.
And the event also attracted royalty, as Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, 41, and his 44-year-old wife, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, were seen exiting the event.
It was reportedly a truly private event for the reality TV stars as cameras were not allowed and the event is sadly not set to feature on the Kardashians’ reality TV show.
An insider told People: ‘There were no TV cameras filming.
‘It was just all about celebrating Kris, and it was everything you’d expect from Kris: over-the-top, glamorous and full of love from her family.
‘It was obvious that she had the best night.’
Kris’s milestone birthday was actually on November 5, with her daughters paying tribtue to her online.
