Princess Andre has confirmed her ITV docuseries will be back for not just one but two series next year.
The 18-year-old was the subject of the ITV series The Princess Diaries, which focused on her relationship with fame and carving out her own reputation beyond her famous parents.
Her parents, former glamour model Katie Price and Peter Andre, met on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here in 2004 and went on to have Princess and Junior, 20, before separating in 2009.
The ITV showcase of her life as a social media star will now officially be back in 2026, with Princess taking to her Instagram account to confirm the news to delighted fans.
She said: ‘I’m here to announce that I have not only one, but two more seasons of The Princess Diaries coming out in 2026.
‘I honestly can’t wait, like I am so excited. For those people who have been asking me and I’ve not been able to tell you, now you finally know. So see you in 2026.’
In the comments beneath the post, Princess’s dad Peter was quick to respond with a message of support, writing: ‘So proud of you. Keep being you. We love you,’ with a heart emoji.
While her mum Katie has yet to comment on the post, Princess’s other fans were delighted with the news, with Sally Smith writing: ‘Well done Princess. I am so pleased for you. And looking forward to watching.’
‘Can’t wait to watch… The first series was one of the best shows I’ve watched in a long time,’ wrote Rachel Boyd.
Jane Pickworth gushed: ‘Congratulations! That’s AMAZING news & you deserve it. Always remember…. ‘Follow Your Dreams’.’
The news comes after rumours of tension between Princess and her mum Katie, who did not appear in the first series of the reality show. At the time, Katie claimed that she was banned from appearing on the show by Peter and his management.
Before that, rumours of a rift began when Katie was not invited to her 18th birthday party. Princess was forced to address the situation, saying: ‘It’s my show, it’s not based on my parents, it’s focused on me.’
The TikTok star added to the Daily Mail: ‘To be honest, there’s no rift between me and either of my parents.’
Referring to Katie’s absence from her 18th birthday celebrations, Princess clarified: ‘What I would usually do, as I’ve done my whole life, would be to spend the morning with one parent and the evening with the other.
‘As it happened, mum ended up being away, and dad had already decided to throw me a last-minute birthday party, which we filmed for the show. But anyhow, it would be weird if both parents were in the same room, as I’m sure a lot of people out there with divorced parents can relate to.’
Most recently, during an episode of Katie’s podcast, she shared her candid thoughts on Princess’s sky-blue sequin gown for the National Television Awards – saying she should ‘sack’ her stylist.
