<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-los-angeles-sheriff-s-department-investigating-new-allegations-against-diddy”>Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department investigating new allegations against Diddy </h2>
<p id=”par-2_62″>A new allegation of sexual assault against the rapper is being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, <a href=”https://abcnews.go.com/US/la-sheriffs-department-investigating-new-sexual-assault-allegations/story?id=127601025″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>ABC News</a> reports. The investigation stems from a report made by a man to police in Largo, Florida, in September 2025. The individual, who lives in Florida, claimed that he had been assaulted by Combs in February 2020 and again in March 2021. </p>
<p id=”par-3_60″>Police in the Sunshine State subsequently passed the report on to the LASD, which is now looking into the incident. The alleged victim is a music producer who says Diddy exposed himself and then masturbated during a photo shoot in a Los Angeles warehouse. When the man refused to participate in the activities, Diddy threw a dirty shirt at him. </p>
<p id=”par-4_47″>The man also claims that in 2021, CJ Wallace (the son of the <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/notorious-big-personality-in-real-life-was-very-different-from-his-music.html/”>late rapper Notorious B.I.G.</a>) took him to a location where two men put something over his head. He says that Combs then assaulted him again by attempting to force him to perform oral sex. </p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-rapper-denies-meritless-claims-of-assault”>Rapper denies ‘meritless’ claims of assault </h2>
<p id=”par-5_7″>Diddy denies the latest allegations against him. </p>
<p id=”par-6_89″>“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus,” Jonathan Davis, a civil attorney representing Combs, said in a statement. “Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone. He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided — and not in the media — based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”</p>
<p id=”par-7_46″>Combs is currently serving four years <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/diddy-spotted-at-fci-fort-dix-looking-greyer-but-pretty-relaxed.html/”>behind bars at FCI Fort Dix</a> in New Jersey after being convicted in July of two prostitution-related offenses. The Bad Boy Records founder is scheduled for release in June 2028. The rapper maintains his innocence and is appealing his conviction. </p>
<p id=”par-8_20″>In addition to another possible criminal case, Combs is facing multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of rape and sexual assault. </p>
