Sharna Burgess and Brian Austin Green Consider Second Home on Other Side of the World

Just because the “Dancing With the Stars” American audience hasn’t seen Sharna Burgess, it doesn’t mean the dancing pro hasn’t been working. Burgess has been taking on another role: as a judge on “Dancing With the Stars Australia.” Unsurprisingly, spending a considerable amount of time in a country on the other side of the world has led the couple to consider buying a home there.

The Couple Reveals How the Family Spends Time in Australia

In an interview with Stellar magazine, Green and Burgess revealed that they visit Australia every year for extended periods. Burgess grew up in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. The couple also brings their son, Zane, plus Green’s kids with Megan Fox — Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8.

“It’s been really, really cool, especially after being away for such a long time,” she said.

“We’ve loved the beach time,” she went on. “Bri and two of the kids climbed the Harbour Bridge – they loved it. The photo we have in our kitchen is massive smiles and wind-swept hair. It’s the cutest thing.”

Green has also become a fan of the country. “Australia is amazing, I love it,” he said excitedly. “We kick around the idea of having a second home here. But having a blended family does not make things easy,” referring to the fact that Fox lives in Los Angeles.

Sharna Burgess and Brian Austin Green Have a Horror Movie Project in the Works: ‘We’re So Down’

The couple made a horror film called “The 3 Killer Pigs, and are on the hunt for more projects to do together. “We’re so down to do things like that with each other, and we have great chemistry, so I think it would be super fun,” Burgess said.

While acting is new for her, she admitted that she “fell in love” with it. “So much of what I do in dance actually does translate,” she said. “It gives me advantages. Disadvantages, too. My acting coach yells at me for pointing my toes in scenes.”

Besides finding films to do together, Green shared that he’s planning a birthday party for Burgess, who turns 40 this month. Burgess, for her part, is still holding out hope that Green will take a dance class with her.

“Can you imagine how intimidating it is to take a salsa class with her?” he asked. “We are not going into that as equals. And the reality is she will be way better than that person who is teaching the salsa class.”
